I want to buy a video capture card for as cheap as possible. I only want to copy from VHS onto DVD. Can anyone out there recommend any cards. I really dont know what to look for in the card but want decent quality.

I would like to recommend WinTV PVR 250. It captures video/audio in MPEG1 or MPEG2. I also provides many settings for SVCD and DVD. It can also capture at VCD level. All you havet o do is to remux (the program comes with the card) and burn (also comes with th ecard). I paid abou $140 and I like it 90-percent of the time.
