it this rar folder corupt?

    I just read the guide exracting isos from rar files. I had Mg.files....I extracted them all out of there WinRAR folder then tryed to extract the first image mg.---.oo1 with WinRAR but 7zip says the file is broken it still creates a readable ISO image but its only bout 300mb big thats too small surely but yet its a readable file in isobuster...is the file corupt?

    No problem! They are all old WINRAR's archives in multi-volume type. (new archive with file name xxx.part1.rar xxx.part2.rar .....click any one to decompress the whole). If one archive was broken or missing, WINRAR will give you a warning and then stop. Since, you got an iso file, you can treat it as a disc. Don't rip files by Isobuster, keep this iso and load it into a virtual driver such as "daemon tools" or "Nero driver". Maybe it is an image of a bootable disc, a video cd, or a music cd. You can burn this image to get a playable disc from your cd/dvd recoder.
