    Thanx, it accepted the code and showed "Restriction Off", but still does not catch network of my new operator SIM card.
    Any help.

    P.S is there anything I have to do in Menu? if yes then pls advice.

    its HUtchison Telecom In INDIA. Maybe its SP Locked, can anyone tel me how to remove SP lock from My phone or sim Lock, whatever is stopping my phone from connecting to the new network

    the 3595 from the USA works on 850 /1900MHz, the networks in India work on 900 /1800MHz so it will not work with a local sim
