Is it possible to burn an ISO image using Nero 6.3.1.25 without gaps between tracks? I am trying to burn an ISO file of a 24 bit DVD-A recording that I created using DVD-AudioFile. When I try to burn the ISO file ("Burn Image") it burns fine and even shows up as a DVD-A disc on my player but I have gaps between tracks. Anyone have an idea if it is possible to burn a gapless copy with Nero 6.3.1.25?

    Thanks,

Didn't know you could burn 24bit audio with Nero! No disrespect but are you sure m8, and its not just 16bit taken from the dvd audio track?
Any way the iso file is already formatted and will contain all the track numbers track breaks etc. You need to build the audio burn file track by track, then using properties remove the standard 2min gap that Nero automatically inserts - best to leave the one at the beginning though.

I think its not the burn that is making the gaps. The image should be of what you made. When making you should have options to change fade in and out and change the gaps in seconds if wanted. I think the default is either 5 or 10 seconds or something but you should be able to change it during creation.

    Edit
I am under the impression the dvd-audiofile you speek of is the gui for the open source apps at sourcefourge. Is this impression right? If so let us know how the options go when creating. I have not used them yet but have been keeping an eye on them.

Thanks for the responses. Quick question. How do you do this:

"When making you should have options to change fade in and out and change the gaps in seconds if wanted. I think the default is either 5 or 10 seconds or something but you should be able to change it during creation."

    Hey whompus,

You are correct. I use the gui. However, I can not see how to change the length of the gaps. Do you have any idea how to do that?

Not really. I have not used the app yet. I would think it is in there somewhere though. When I get some time I may look into the app a bit. I have been keeping an eye on its development so far. You may try going to some forums probably linked at sourcefourge and searching them.
