Hi, when I change a movie from XVID to DVDR using VSO and then burn it onto disc with Nero it doesn't play on all DVD players. Is there a program that will enable me to burn XVID,DIVX onto a disc that will play on all DVD players? Thanks.
try using nero visionexpress3. set book type to dvdrom and get some good +r media, like verbatim,ty yuden,sony, or maxell.

open nero burning rom,tick on recorder,tick on choose recorder, then select the dvd burner u want to use to burn with.then go to options and change it from automatic to book type rom. not all burners support this. so if u dont have that option then it probably doesnt. i have read where some burners have utillities at the manufacturers website that will do this too.
