So I got an ISO and put it on DVD. It wouldnt work becus I the screen kept rolling and flickering. I could hear and see a tiny bit of video. So I found that it was a PAL game that I was playing on NTSC format. So I found a program to change it to NTSC, but now, whenever I play, the screen goes black after it shows Playstation 2. Now I have no idea what to do and i've already scrapped like 5 discs just experimenting. So can someone help me plz? Thx.
make sure you have good media dvd-r:maxell,taiyo yuden,verbatim,etc burn 8x dvd-r at 4x using dvd decrypter
