.AVI WITH NO SOUND, Y?

Ok, after ripping the DVD into VOB then demux it, then muuxed those, I made the file into an avi file, BUT there is no sound.
I had used: OSeX, bbDEMUX, MISSINGMPEGTools, and mpeg2decX, in that order.
Why isn't there any sound in the .avi . . . more importantly how do create an .avi file WITH sound?
