divx movies

    i own about 45 divx movies that i bought years ago some of them still in plastic wrap my question is if there is an answer to can i rip these movis and burn them to a dvd? my panisonic divx/dvd player will not play the divx moveis (brand new or the ones i bought the gold purchase for) i'm not trying to get any one in trouble for copy right problems but i would like to know what i can do with these mabey coasters if any sorry for asking a dumb question but as i am a newbe mabey this cant be answered. i appreciate any and all replys thanks for your time to read this.

    No I don't have any link to this as was sold back in the late 90's cant remember if it was circut city or best buy but on the east coast they were redily availble back then alot of good that does me now the comapny went under now i have a bunch of coasters...lol
