Does anyone happen to know of a quick, easy to use program that converts Windows Media Video files into DVD format? I'd like to burn some of my windows movies onto DVD's so I can use them in my DVD player. I found these programs, just not sure if they are any good. http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/wmv-to-dvd-burn.html Thanks
Try VSO DivxToDVD (free version), it's pretty fast and reliable: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/vso_divxtodvd_free.cfm You may add multiple files at one time, just keep adding before hitting 'convert'. Happy DVD burning!
Thanks for the tip! I've been reading up on this dvd stuff for the past few days and i'm blown away at how much info/technology there is. I'll definitely give this program a try tonight.
I was having problems using this program last night and then I realized the video file extensions were not .wmv but rather .asf. I guess .asf is another form of windows media? Does this program have the ability to convert those files too? I just couldn't get it to recognize them, but it could be I'm not doing it right.
