Cannot update Lite-on SOHW-1633S

    Hi helpful people, i was hoping someone could help me or point me in the right direction of how to update my firmware for a lite-on SOHW-1633S In the UK. i have been to the UK lite-on website and downloaded what i thought was what i needed but it wouldnt let me do it, I could really do with your help guys. CHEERS

    It just says cannot update, i had a look at that link but it did not have my type of drive there mine is lite-on SOHW-1633S BGS4 and no site anywhere seems to have any info on it so i'm clueless, thanks a lot anyway and any additional help would be GREAT!

    try loading the new firmware is safe mode
