Thank you for the reply.I should've told you that the movie won't even encode.It stops on file VOB 1.4(I hope i wrote that right).It reaches that point and the encoding just stops and won't continue.I have DVD43 most recent version.The programs just keep retrying and finally just stop all together.I use the Benq1625 and in 2nd bay i have a Benq 1640.Iget the smiling face on DVD43 but when it gets to the VOB 1.4 it just stops.I have backed up hundreds of dvd's and this is the first i've had a problem with.I would be greatfull if you or anyone else has any other ideas.I usually keep up with the updates on a regular basis being that there seems to be new encryption almost everyday.Once again,thanks 2OLDGEEK and anyone else who can help.Also,happy holidays to everyone in AD.
Somewhere I recall [bold]2oldgeek[/bold] told you to download AnyDVD , free trial for 21 days and run that in the background. Sometimes if you listen to advice given then things tend to work out.
