it just crashes!

    Hi there, okay, stupid female, but I do not know what is going on: I am using DVD2oneX for quite some time and all of a sudden, any time I want to use it, open it, it just crashes. I downloaded two more of these: DVD2oneX2 and DVD2oneX2-1 and they do crash as well. What is going on? I would be ever so thankful, if somebody can tell me what to do, thanks from Marianne

    You did uninstall the old one first did'nt you.

    I got the same crashes before DVD2oneX2 even starts, so it won't start at all. How do I unistall previous version, just dump it ?

    Go into Control Panel,Add or Remove programs then just remove it from the list.Dont forget to reboot when you've done it.
