I am backing up my season one of Smallville. I have DVD43 running in the background. I was able to back up Discs One and Two and had no problem using DVD Shrink, then DVD Decrypter to burn. When I got to the third disc, when analyzing it in Shrink it had no picture. It got to 99% and got stuck. So I tried using DVD decrypter File mode and it wouldn't even read the disc. So I tried ISO read mode and it didn't work either. So I then tried DVD Fab Decrypter, it also got stuck. So, I thought maybe the disc was scratched. I then put in the fourth disc, which is not scratched at all. I tried it with Shrink first and it said it couldn't be opened because it was encrypted. So I had to use DVD Fab Decrypter to burn it to my hard drive. Then I used Shrink to open it and it wouldn't work. So I went to reauthor and tried it that way, by just using the main four episodes and backing it up, well that worked. I can't figure out why the first two discs worked fine and the rest I am having problems with. Has anyone had success copying these discs? Are they all encrypted after discs one and two? I mean that doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but I don't know I guess it's possible.
