newbie needing help with ntsc vcd

hi,
im new to burning videos so i need some help,

i downloaded a ntsc vcd in bin & cue files, is there any way i can burn it so its in pal format??

Dear jonb06,

You may first extract the bin and cue to mpeg with VCDGear (free program), then encode with VSO DivxToDVD (and set video to pal at the same time), and burn with e.g. Nero.
