Can you unmod a box? For example to unistall the matrix chip with another chip? Is this possible with other chips as well?

are you asking how to uninstall a chip so that you can re install another one???


if that is the case, then yes you can. just take out the old chip and put in a new one. job done!!!

yea, why not..

either just cut and insulate the wires......not very good idea

or de-solder the contacts from the board!!!
