Your Nero is really old, current Nero is 6.6.0.18. Your firmware is also out of date, current is JWS6. If you aren't and you are still getting 84% usage then I suggest a prog like enditall or enditall2 YOu should use better media, I say something like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim. Sony, fuji and Maxell are fine if they are made in Japan. BUt you probably want to try this last b/c some ppl can't get a single good burn out of these while others get nothing BUT good burns. Doesn't seem like there's a moderate. So after you've tried all I've suggested and it stlil doesn't work then switch media. Try 4x, it's the best speed. YOu have INCD installed. DL Nero's cleantool to completly remove Nero then reinstall this time not installing INCD. Did you mean for a multi-session?
