    Nero 6.3.1.25

Hi I have a few questions if you guys could help. I bought an I/O Magic 16x DvD DL Burner and it came with the Nero Above. Do I Upgrade it to the latest Version of Nero Free? Or Do I have to pay. And how do I upgradE? ALso its Nero OEM. Whatever that means.

Second Question, I'm burning a Korean Movie, about 700 MB and I tried doing the Nero add DvD Video File but it says its too big and won't fit etc etc.

avi2dvd didnt work so I used DvD Santa which did and it converted it all into a video_TS file. I tried burning it again with Nero Add DVD-Video file but it said again "Too Big for Dvd Disc" My DvD is standard 4.7 Gig

I checked the size of the Video_TS file and it says its 4.3 Gigs (Actual 4.5) So I don't understand it.

I ended up Just making it a Data Disc and burning the Video_TS folder onto the DvD. My question is will it work with any DvD player? I'm only asking is because I have a Phillips DVP642 so I don't know if its b/c its divx compatible that its playing. I'm making this for my parents.

    Thanks for the help.

I say update it to 6.6.0.18b the latest in version 6. It will depend on the oem version you have if it is free or not. If you want to upgrade to version 7 it will for sure not be free.

I remember some version of 6.3 data disk was the best option to burn in. I just dont remember what the exact version was.

It should play in your folks player but one never realy knows until tested.
