Please please help

Xbox has had the software mod. My son shut it down when he got into a menu, dont know what. Since then it tries to open Xbox live and then just has the window saying. 'can not connect to xbox live please try again later'.
I cant get off this screen.

Please help

 

If you put in a game disk in the dvd rom and restart your xbox does the game start up ?

 

i get something like that too
when i undid my mods and when to xbox dashboard it say
trying to update then it say can't and never go away
but work when mod ad playing games so i don't worry about it

 

Hey blackw0lf, Ive heard that slayers auto installer can fix that problem. If you can burn dvds thats what I would try.

 

Nothing worked with games or dvd's. I have now taken it to be chipped. Thanks
