everytime i open nero burning rom or nero expess it crashes and comes up with send or dont send box, then after that it crashes. i have had this problem with nero 7 before and someone helped me out and posted are registration file/fix and this works for abit, but then when i turn or restart my computer it comes up with the send or dont send box again. can anyone help me out and try get nero 7 to work Permanently with out crashing with no errors at all. thanks
Uninstall it (I recommend using Nero's Gen Clean Tool) to run and wipe out all of Nero's products. Restart your comp. and run Nero Gen Clean Tool again to wipe out any left over. Again, restart your comp. and now have Windows/regedit search and delete any Nero files, then "reinstall" your Nero 7.0.1.4 back on your comp. - when Nero asked for a key, put in your "legit Nero 7 serial" to avoid from getting the demo/trial version. Now restart your comp. again and give it a shot. Good luck!!
