So i backed up a movie and was playing it the other night and it hung halfway threw, as if when switching layers it got stuck.... i could force it past by slecting the next chapter in the scene selection menu but it wont do it on its own....it hangs and skips screens, seconds jump back and forth ont he time code on the dvd player.... it finally forces threw it but it loses about 20min to freezing and hanging before comeing back to normal. whats the deal? using dvddecrypter..... burning to memorex DL DVD.... made by ritek **** i checked another movie i backed up also that night and it too hangs halfway through****
wow with some research and some constant reading of "GOOD MEDIA" i went out and bought some verbatim from comp WORKs fine crappy memorex
Hi guys, and sorry I haven't the link: I read; a couple of weeks or so ago, the major Taiwanese dvd manufacturers were enjoining forces' to produce DVDs' for the 'lower end' of the market; (e.i) 8x and below. It would appear that Ritek, and CMC, plus some others will share product/production?? So my poor Old Samsung; that burns great at 4x is standing against the wall, waiting for tomorrows couriers' call. Seems Creakys' got it right...'Tis all a waste of time; if you ain't got good media. edit...missed the s..off manufacturer(s)
