my dsl speed is 256kbps n wen i download a torrent frm bitcomet it downloads at a very slow speed ... how can i speed up my downloading speed n i wanna stop uploading my partials cuz it makes my comp restarts n affect my speed..so plz help me i read da guide here of bit comet but i dont think it helped me....
