Insert the NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code #pw+493307616115412+5# then press enter

When you have seen the message "can not undo restriction" it means that the phone is hardlocked to the original provider. Most phones these days are DCT 4 type and can still be unlocked but only with a DCT 4 clip being directly connected to the phone. This clip usually costs around $200.00 or more for a good one. The best thing for you to do is to find a local privately owned electronics repair shop, call them and ask if they can unlock a DCT 4 type phone that has been hardlocked. If they have this clip, they will know what you're talking about.

exaktly i m getting a message "kan ikke frigjøre" what means usuly"can not unlock" does it means realy that my phone is hardlocked?

If your phone says can not undo restriction, it means that your phone has been hardlocked, bring it to a local shop and get it unlock by cable.
