I have some DVD's that I have watched 100's of time and some that the kids have watched more than I care to mention (I'm tried of watching and hearing them....:).

Problem....when using DvdShrink, 1ClickDVDCopy, or DvdDecrypter, I keep getting errors when reading. I then have to take the disk out and clean it, several times and I cannot get to work with any amount of cleaning or changing programs.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

These symptoms sound like crap media, what kind of discs are you using?

I am interpreting this question-Bad Discs- as your are having problems ripping those dvds so you can make copies of them.

Sounds like those discs you are trying to rip are damaged. This will make it very difficult to rip.

Heavily scratched discs you may want to take to a nearby video rental store to have them re-surfaced.

Some peeps have had success with a repair kit called the Electric skip dr to fix those scratched dvds.Wal-Mart carries them.

    Are they original dvds?

    Yes, they are original disks.

I have a Alera "disc repair plus". It hasn't fixed the problems. But most of my disks rip immediately. It's only the occasional few.
