Hello, well i had a security password on the phone, my girlfriend tryed to guess my password and fried my sim, well att sent me a new one and now the phone when you power it on, its just blank. the phone stays on b/c if you hit a button the light will come back on. i tryed my old sim, no sim, and new sim, nothing. also if you can tell me how to unlock the phone if its not fried that would be great. Has anyone had this problem after entering the wrong PUK code 10 times, fried the sim. the phone sayed sim rejected. i put the new sim in from att and now, when i turn the phone on the display lights up but i cannot see anything. it you wait a few secs the light will go off, but if you hit a key it comes back on for a few secs. i love this phone and have my contacts on it, which is very important. any help would be great. !!
please if anyone knows anything about how to fix this blank screen or get my contacts off the phone let me know asap. all my business contacts are on there like 2 years of contacts. i had the phone set to use the phone memory to store contacts, and i backed them up to the sim by copying them not to long ago. is there any way to fix the sim that was fried due to the PUK code entered wrong 10 times?
