Hi all, I have just bought a Sony DCR HC19E camcorder. I have a problem that when I make a recording ( even outdoors) when I play it back on my TV set sometimes there is a terrible echoing sound coming through. Can anyone tell me what is causing this. Thanks in advance for any help.

I pursume you have it connected to the the tv with the audio leads, More than likely you have the camera too close to you tv's speakers, which can cause static and interference.

Thanks for your reply sheppy124. You are right in your presumptions. Will try moving it away from TV next time
