nero burning error: invalid write state

    hey all, i dunno wat happened, but it has been a while since i can burn cds anymore, it was always the same problem, do you mind helping me out please...

    funny thing is, juz half an hour ago, i was able to burn a few documents successfully onto a cd, 1mb max

    - i'd say that's your problem.

    dunno if your burner's firmware is current or not (some of these Matshita drives are extremely obscure ie not supported very well at all) but i can see from this paragraph that your blank discs are recognised so the firmware is current enough for these particular discs -
    - your burner's got a problem with those discs; your Nero settings look fine to me, try better discs

    ok so i guess ill buy different cds, which cdr and dvdr brands are good with my matshita uj-831s dvd ram?

    - you have CMC discs there, they make some of the worst quality DVD's, but they don't seem to be so bad for CD quality. you just struck unlucky with those, most cd's should be ok as you can burn on virtually anything where CD burning is concerned, it's usually DVD burning where you have to be real careful what you buy

    hmmm so which brand should i get when i buy cds and dvds, i dunno which ones are cmc magnetic corporation, can someone advise me with brand names
