Nokia 3595 unlokced already.. still not working???

I unlocked my Nokia 3595 succesfully, but I can't get it to recognize the new network

it's a local netowrk the company is called "Nawras" and it's in Oman

 

by the way the same story goes for my other Nokia 1100b

already unlocked but refuses to work with Oman's netowrk

the reason the 3595 and 1100 donot work, in the USA the 2 phones work on 850 /1900MHz,the network in Oman only works on 900MHz, so they will never work with a local sim.
