Hey, Was woundering if I could get some help on this. I modded my xbox with the best soft-mod you could possibly get. I could do everything burn games to my xbox mod on games etc.. But I wanted to remove the mod so I went to remove the mod and it said I should have a copy of a certain disc (I forgot what disc or whatever I was suppose to have a copy of so I could install in once my mod was off my xbox) Ok so I remove the mod, now every time I opened my disc tray to put a game in it flashes red and green and black screen comes up and costumer service..etc..and has 16 in the right hand corner. Ok I would just put the game in and turn off my Xbox and turn it back on and I could play the game all fine and everything I just couldnt go to my Xbox-Dash Board at all or anything but whatever I could play Xbox games. But just recently when I put the game in it does the black screen, red/green light flashing and number 16 n etc...So now I can not play games or do anything with my Xbox. Does anyone have any Walk-Through Tutorials or any Advice on this problem would be much apprected. Thanks
I think it could possibly be the dashboard. I think your dashboard is corrupted on the hardrive. I have a copy of the default dashboard for the xbox that I can give you a link to download. I have a couple of questions though. 1. Do you have a router? 2.you need flashfxp to send the dashboard to c: folder. 3.You need to know what your xbox ip address is and you need to put it in the xbox. 4. before you can do any of this can you boot to your softmod so you can configure network settings? 5. you have to be able to do that in order to get the dashboard back on theere. here is my other suggestion download the dashboard from this link and try to put it ona blank dvdr and see if it will let you put it on the xbox. Like i said i am not very sure if any of this will work it depends on your xbox setup.
