Is this a Virus? I've used a few anti-virus programs since it started doing this and they have cleared some stuff but this keeps happening...

Now real story or info needed. One day my comp crashed, then it started up and Local Disc (C:) browser opened and its been doing it ever since.

I've looked at startup options in msconfig but everything seems fine unless I'm an idiot... so yea, could this be viral? If not, any idea on how to fix it?

Oh and I've run Windows XP repair tool off my boot disc and still nothing...
