I just bought the mpio fl350 mp3 player and am having a tough time getting it recognized by my o/s. I'm currently running windows xp, which isn't suppose to be a problem (according to the manufac). I've installed the software and updated via the site, but no luck. I basically get this message "Driver inst file is missing a nec entry. This may be because the inf was written for Win 95 or later. Contact hardware vendor"
My skills with this stuff are pretty limited, so I may be overlooking the obvious here. I've treid calling supp and even emailing but it seems to be a majoe run around! Maybe it's just a bad name, never heard of it, any advice, or help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

Usually Updating the driver fixes the problem.

Recently, I had a lot of problems installing a Network adapter card on my Aunt's computer, and the dirvers didn't help. Turns out I need to type something in....whatever, not important.

Try and see if they have a FAQ or Database for problems if you can.

I tried their site and it is useless! As for the driver not sure where I can find an update for the device? I've looked with no luck.
