Pal to Ntsc

I have dvd files on my hard drive that are formatted to
Pal when i burn them they dont work on my dvd player it says something about area limitations im guessing i have to convert it to ntsc somehow, but how?

You can convert your PAL files to NTSC using Nero or DivxToDVD.

 

i already have the dvd files, i tried using vob blocker didnt work where do i go in nero

 

@ham644, unfortunately I do not have access to MY comp so I cannot show you any pictures and without the prog being on this comp I cannot make any references.
