Looks like you have an RH-49 model so you will need to insert a non accepted sim and then you should see "phone restricted, press undo and enter the code in the restriction box and press enter or OK.
yeah thats the model i have... i just did what you told me to do and that did not work either... it say Code Error afetr i finish enter the the code and press ok

APUA and Cable & Wireless are two different cellular phone company... i bought my phone at Cable & Wireless but i know APUA sell the same phone too...
OK, thank you for verifying this for me. I wasn't aware of Cable & Wireless being there and until I have their provider code, I can't possibly generate the correct code for you. It will start with 344 and I need the next 2 digits. If you can get those, I can give you the correct code. Only one of your 5 chances has been used so far, (that I know of) so see if you can get the other 2 digits needed and post them back here and me or [bold]etowah[/bold] will give you the code needed. He might know what they are but it's going to be at least 3 hours before he comes on.
the last code you give me work but after i finish enter the code is say phone restricted and it stay at that screen with a stop sign next to it... what to do next?
I'm not sure what's causing that to happen. You may want to try removing that sim you unlocked with and power off for a few minutes and then insert the sim again and let it set again for a few minutes and see if that message goes away. If "phone restrictions off" was shown, it should be unlocked.
i try that again and it did not work it say the samething... when i put back in the C&W sim card in the phone and enter the code is say "Cannot Undo Restriction" so i dont know what went wrong..
Yes, they can remove the hardlock with a DCT 4 clip. It might range $20.00 to $35.00 US currency. I don't know how your money works over there but maybe you can get a figure from that. Check with your local privately owned electronics repair shops and tell them you have a hardlocked DCT 4 type phone and ask if they can unlock it. If they can, they'll know what you're talking about.
