Since I do a lot of research for school, I would like to know how to set up an additional monitor to my laptop. I have an extra flatscreen LCD, and would like to make it functional to where I can drag a screen from one monitor to the other. This would help me tons for my work. I have no idea what I need, or if I can actually do it. Can someone advise me how to do this? Thanx!

check in your bios to see if can do dual monitors but highly unlikely. on desktop computers, the videocard has dual connection or the computer has 2 or more videocads.

This should depending on the video card installed in your laptop. My wifes Dell 5100 can run dual monitors.
