what discs are you burning on to.Are they dual layered or single layered.Dual layered with hold 8.4 gig as opposed to that of its single counterpart of only 4.3 gig.

Also what compression ratio are you attempting to use?
    how big is each iso?
if you converted to mpeg2 what size would they be?
what was the original avi size before you converted it.

For the mpeg2 not use how do you convert to mpeg 2
They are all differnt sizes of episodes no more then 500MB

if they are all avi its rather simple to just batch encode them with say vso divx to dvd. This program will convert them to a mpeg2 or dvd compatible format, which will allow you to burn them do disc.

If each file is 500meg then on a 4.3gig disc you should fit 8 comfortably and on a dual layer 15.You will probably require 2 dual layer discs or 3 single layer discs.

i doubt you will get them onto one disc unless of course you have a divx player which would allow you to get more files on with out conversion as it would read them and then convert them internally and you would be able to watch them on tv in quality that is only diminished by the source files quality
