Hey, I've got a Little sister and she keeps scratching all her dvds, and i want to copy them so it'll save my mum some money. i've got my dvd writer and blanks discs and i've also got CloneDVD, and Nero. When i use CloneDVD it copies the disc to the computer, even if the discs are the same size and it doesnt need to be shrunk and when i use nero i get an error which tells me the disc has copy write protection. so i was wondering if there was a program like CloneDVD that doesn't care about copy protection and will allow me to do Disc to Disc copies or a program that will work with nero and mask the protection on the disc.
    Many Thanks.

Try DVD43. It is an encryption breaker. But with CloneDVD I would think that you would consider AnyDVD which is the premier and is designed to work with CloneDVD.

    Cheers.

Here is a little phrase to practice.
I would like to know how to back-up my DVD so that my little sister doesn't ruin the expensive original discs.
The word copy means to do something that is against the law.

no, copy doesnt mean its against the law. As long as you have the original cd/dvd, u may burn it. However if you try to sell the burned cd/dvds then it is illegal. But backing up things u OWN is not illegal
