MP3 Broken

    I have a problem with my MP3 player. when I put a battery in the red light stays on constantly. Can any one help me?

    read your owner's manual or go to their official website and:

    a) download it if you don't have a copy
    b) email tech support and tell them your problem

    these are the default answers for your generic question but if you tell us what brand and model mp3 player you're having a problem with, there's a better chance of you getting a more specific answer.
