Hello everyone, and yes I need your help. I plan on buying a dvd burner in the next few days (external one for my laptop). However before I do so, I wanted to set everything up, setting up nero dvd and so on. Now here is my problem I have nero 6, with the dvd plugin on nervision 2 express; however, that opition does not seem to come up when I open nervision 2 express. It only has the CD options. I was wondering if this was because no DVD writer was found by the program or do I need to download or fix something to get this up and running?(dont want to buy something for $130 then not have the software to use it) Thx all.
Yes that is the reason why there are no DVD Options.... Also you Could have Gotten Much better Software for createing DVD"s than "Nero Vision Express", NVE is actually Pretty Awefull Software and is Only used by those who don"t know any better or those who want to Do everything as fast and as easilly as Possible with no eye towards quality.... Something like "Ulead DVD Movie Factory v4.0" is even a Big step above NVE and it is even cheaper than NVE and Produces better quality DVD"s..... Cheers
In fact i dislike nero because of the probelms it gives me. I got a copy from a friend anyways. Ill pick up the ulead dvd movie factory v4.0 but if i dont buy the dvd burner before hand will the same issue (No DVD burning option) also come up?
Well it will let you Create the "Video_TS" folder but won"t give you any burning Options which is Normal because it needs to Comunicate with the Burner so it Knows what Burning Formats and Disk Formats it supports and what Burning speed it supports ect... With the "Video_TS" folder you can Load it into a Software DVD Player like "PowerDVD" and watch the DVD from your Hard Drive and when you get your Burner you can Burn the "Video_TS" folder to DVD useing the Burning Module in Nero (Nero Burning Rom) in "DVD Video" Mode....
