Windows XP Sp2 Home Edition:

I keep getting this error while trying to download this software...[color=red]Error 1317. An error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures[/color]...I tried the solution of restarting in SafeMode, going to that folder under the Admistrative account, clicking on Everyone and the option to allow Full Control and then went to the owner tab and click the option [color=red]Replace Owner and on Subcontainers and Object[/color] and applied it..but still nothing. I want the Image Editor part in this program for my z520a and it won't let me finish the download with this error...I installed an Image Editor stand alone file on here and it worked just fine..but that program did not have my phone listed, so it was of no use.
