I was looking around for something simple to get my Mini Dv Tape from my JVC Camcorder onto DVD's & DVDsanta looked so simple, I bought it.

When I try to copy from the camcorder it looks as though everything is working OK until I try the finished DVD in my DVD Player. The picture is jerky & keeps stopping and the audio just sounds like a tape in 'slow motion'making voices indistinguishable.

I've tried numerous times to get it right.Sometimes it causes the PC to crash so I am not very happy with DVDsanta. I've emailed them and they've just ignored my email for help on the matter.

My computer has Windows XP installed, an AMD Sempron (tm) Processor 2600+, 1.60 GHz, 960MB ram and an 80gb Hard drive with 63GB freespace. I've downloaded the DirectX 8.0 which they say is also required. I use Pinnacle Instant CD to burn the DVD's (Which it does OK on all other operations)

Can anyone help by suggesting what to try next please.

    THANK YOU,
    NORMAN
