I converted a video into .mp4 with Videora iPod Converter and I dragged it into my iPod thru iTunes. When I select the video and click the play button in iTunes it runs perfectly fine. But when I eject my iPod the video won't play on my iPod.

I deleted the video, re-converted it, and dragged it back into iTunes and it's still the same thing.

    Please help?

I ran into the same problem. I had previously enconded and transfered videos to my iPod and it worked, but after a while that problem showed up, and they wouldn't play on the iPod.
I noticed that the settings for encoding were with a 16:9 ratio in it, so I choose the [bold]H264/320x240/640kbps Stereo/128kbps[/bold] profile, and that made the trick. I'm not sure if my initial videos were encoded with the 16:9, but that solved the problem. To change the profile, choose [bold]Setup[/bold] on the left, and then the [bold]Settings[/bold] tab. Then select from the One-Click profile. Remember to press the Save button at the bottom for the changes to take effect.
    Hope it works.
