    Dear Sirs:

Here’s the summary of my story.

I purchased & used a Nokia 3595 (w/ an ATT SIM card) on the ATT US network for a few months (in the US – Washington, DC). Discontinued my service with ATT prior to their merger with Cingular. Now I want to use the phone in the US with Cingular.

A Cingular store manager was nice enough to give me a brand new US Cingular SIM card (for free).

    I used http://www.peters1.dk/webtools/nokia/nokiaonline.php?sprog=en
To successfully unlock a Nokia 3595. Should I now be able to go into the Cingular store & sign up for one of their calling plans to use this phone on their US network?

P.S. I've literally gotten different answers from Cingular managers & staff persons every other store I've visited.

Of course, why not. Just sign up for one of the services and they will give you a sim card and since your phone is unlocked just plug in your sim card and starting using it.
