i download my videos from limewire before converting them by using videora. i watch the videos just on my computer and they seem to be fine but after i convert and put them on my ipod the sound is off by about 4 seconds. sometimes the sound will start off fine then slowly get off sync. although this is only on about 4 of my videos, my other ones (mainly 4-5 minute concert clips)go fine all the way through.

i also have many dvd's that i want to put on but no dvd player or burner on my computer to recognize the discs. before i go get one from pc club i was wondering if i put a dvd in would i tunes recognize it and put it on my ipod or would i have to put it on my hard drive then convert it.

    thanks everybody!

The audio sync problem seems to be fairly common, I suggest trying a different program, possibly Xilisoft.

As far as DVD's are concerned you need a DVD player, Lethal has a guide stickied to the top of the forum that describes the exact method quite well. But you need to download a program called DVD Decrypter to put the DVD onto your hardrive to then be converted by another program. I highly recommend checking out lethals guid though.
