DVDRW wont pick up any type of disc

    One of my DVDRW wont pick up any type of disc, when i try to run the drive it says "Please insert disc in drive -" I cant clean the lense because it wont pick up the Lense Cleaning Disc, Any ideas what i can do anyone?
