Anyone else receive this message once installing and trying to run Prassi PrimoDVD?

I had the same problem on reistallation of the program..what i had to do is unhook my other cd-rw drive from the board and than reinstall the program and updates.. and it works fine now..i reconnected my other drive after installation..
