    New in July 2005 -
emachine - Win XP - DVD ReWritable will not write to Fujifilm DVD+RW

The Fuji Discs were selected as being compatable by Best Buy sales clerk.
Discs are for data and video 4.7 GB

The driver is TSST corp CD/DVDW TS - H552B

Do I need special software or is the Driver not compatable?

What software and drivers are compatable?
It says on the box that it writes / records with DVD+RW Drive/Recorder.

Can you help me with this problem?

It appears that you have a samsung burner. The latest firmware for that drive is available here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_result.php?kaj=1&isces

You can download it to your desktop and double click on it and it should self install.

This should resolve your media issue.

    It says uncompatable format.

It does not read the disc.

It says install a disk, as if thjere is no disk there.

    Shows zero available space.

I erased the DVD disc and now it won't eject.
