I'm trying to burn an audio CD of a protected WMA. But everytime I press the "burn" button, it tells me "DRM checking failed. Not enough burn licenses available." What does that mean?

I've heard to make a protected WMA unprotected, the only way is to burn it... but it's not working... is it because burn license is what allows me to burn or what?

anyone who can help me out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

The WMA file is protected, which means you can't burn it that what the not enough burn licenses error means. Media Player nor any other program will allow it. You need to convert it or rerecord it. Here is a free recorder that will record what it hears on your comp and save it to an MP3 file and you can then burn it.
