Audio Editor in Nero 6?

I have Nero 6 with all kinds of different options that I don't know exactly how to use, but I was wondering if it has an Audio Editor. I just burn with it.

I just want to be able to take a few pieces of some songs and join them together, ... actually they do not even have to be joined together.

Sorry for the lame question.
Appreciate any responces.
If Nero can not do this, is there a free program that will?

Wave editor was not on my most recent copy of Nero, but I found it on one of my older versions.
Exactly what I was looking for.
