burning using nero gives me the blue screen

    when i am burning about half way using nero it gives me a blue screen why does it do this it there something wrong with my pc?

    most likely your computer is overheating...try moving your cpu to a more ventilated area, and make sure that all fans are clear of dust and in working order.

    what do you mean by 'try moving your cpu to a more ventilated area'
    i don't get that please help

    He means move it to somewhere with better airflow (eg. not under a desk), or I usually try moving it to a cooler room to see if it works then...

    Other than that, let us know what text it says on the error screen and your PC specs, someone should be able to help you better then.

    hi

    when your pc is under load via apps etc it will get hotter! clean all fans and case, but mainly the cpu heatsink and fan part!
