can a nokia 3360 be unlocked??

i have an xtra one and would love to use it instead of the phone i have now. my 3360 is locked to at&t. and after it's unlocked that is if it can be, how do i get it hooked up through my carrier now(us cellular)? thanks for the help..

i tried the *#06# and all's i got was a message call can not be completed as dialed. how do i get this #??

Look behind the battery and see if it has an IMEI # or ESN #. If it has an 11 digit ESN #, I won't be able to help you with this one.
