Removing region code during encoding

Hi guys,
just have a question which is becoming a problem for me.I know dvd shrink remove the region code during encoding but which other application does this?I have 1click,recode,decypter,clone dvd and they have been really great for me ,but it seem only dvd shrink will remove the region coding.Any input would be great....
